Team XRAY Spain has announced that Sergio Montesinos has joined their team for the 2011 season. The former Spanish Champion and multiple national race winner will run the new RX8 to compete at the Spanish Nationals as well as the European Championship in Luxemburg. Sergio had the following to say about the deal:
"I am very proud of become part of such a great team. Starting with a new car is always a challenge, but knowing the quality and passion with which they are made I am certain that things will be easy. I will do my very best on the track, and together with my team we will get as much feedback as possible to develop the RX8 into the best 1/8 car on the market."
